What a Slave is in the Piroshow system
In English, Slave is the term used to indicate the modules that, on one side, connect directly to fireworks via wires and igniters, allowing autonomous firing, and on the other side, deliver their best performance when they are centrally controlled by a Master module.
Flexible connections: wired or wireless
The 30CH-100V Slave can be connected in different ways:
- Via RS485 cable to other 30CH-100V modules or to Master FullPower control units.
- Via RadioModem RTX, to build a fully wireless system—ideal when field wiring is not possible.
This dual option ensures maximum installation flexibility in any scenario.
Stand-by mode with remote reactivation (Wake-up)
When the 30CH-100V Slave is connected to a Master module, it can be left powered on in energy-saving stand-by mode.
Thanks to the Wake-up function, it can be reactivated directly from the Master without manual intervention on the module.
Combined with the long battery autonomy, this allows you to position modules well in advance of the show start, making the pyrotechnician’s work easier and reducing on-site time.

Standalone firing unit: Trigger option. With 30 firing channels, this module is ideal for remote electronic firing of small and medium-size pyrotechnic shows. Simply select the channel to fire and press OK. The line tester allows the pyrotechnician to verify each connection before the show.
Sequencer: the 30CH-100V Slave is designed to greatly simplify the design and setup of choreography and/or firing sequences. The four sequential firing options—CONSTANT, ACCELERATED, DECELERATED, and PROGRAMMED—only require the pyrotechnician to enter the number of channels to use and the time interval between firings. The SIMULATED SEQUENCE option, through status LEDs and audible beeps, makes programming easier.
Unit for solenoid valve control (flames): solenoid valves are a highly impactful element in pyrotechnic shows. Unlike modules from other manufacturers that, when connected to solenoid valves, only allow standard on/off activation, the Piroshow 30CH-100V Slave provides full control of solenoid valves by setting variable opening times—so you can manage flame intensity, width, and duration.
Remote unit: for shows with complex choreography or very large scale, 30CH-100V modules can be centrally managed by our Master units. In this case, they operate in remote mode. The pyrotechnician assigns each Slave a different Identity and a firing setup, which can then be recalled either fully automatically or manually.
